The first session for this spring saw a reasonable number of species come in from the garden, including one new Geometrid record, Visiana brujata, rather worn but with enough detail for identification.
A very fresh female Black Geometrid, Melanodes anthracitaria.
A patched Cleora , MOV species 2.
An attractive Noctuid, Ectopatria horologa.

A well marked Chrysodeixis argentifera, taken fluttering up the sheet.
A Notodontid, Destolmia lineata.
The first plume moth for a considerable time, Stenoptilia zophodactylis
And the last moth to the sheet, a Coprosma Hawk Moth, Hippotion scrofa.
